Frontier Airlines is seeking a Manager, Purchasing to lead a team focused on OEM contracts for aircraft, jet engines and related fleet and maintenance services. You will supervise contract negotiations, vendor selection and performance, and ensure procurement aligns with budget and strategic goals.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and developing several strategic sourcing analysts, with emphasis on cost savings, risk management and timely procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, strategic sourcing, financial analysis or related function preferred.
• Experience with sourcing/procurement of airline goods and services preferred.
• Leadership or project management experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, strategic sourcing, financial analysis or related function preferred
• Experience in negotiating high-value and long-term contracts preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing of goods and services, manage suppliers, implement contract terms.
• Analyze market, screen suppliers, facilitate RFPs and present vendor recommendations.
• Identify and track vendor performance metrics and enforce contract terms.
• Collaborate with suppliers to build action plans for performance improvement and cost savings.
• Manage purchasing portal management, input terms, invoice verification and claims.
• Support budget processes and attend industry conferences.
