You will leverage ERP systems to monitor orders, negotiate contracts, and optimize inventory while aligning with budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Cost management and supply chain risk control expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible purchasing experience at a managerial level, including 3+ years negotiating contracts.
• Ability to schedule and manage projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Office suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all procurement activities with cross-functional reviews and approvals.
• Provide input on procedures, budgets, and plans.
• Lead and develop the purchasing team.
• Direct the buyer group and supply chain specialists.
• Utilize ERP to track purchase orders and receipts.
• Improve purchasing strategies, policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs.
• Conduct data research and deliver presentations.
• Review supplier RFQs for new and existing materials.
• Perform other duties as required.
