Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain, buying, materials planning, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and bills of material.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers.
• Monitor inventory performance and ensure actions are taken to prevent shortages.
• Communicate material risks and constraints to stakeholders.
