Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–7 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong supplier management and tactical procurement experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (JDE preferred).
• Strong communication and follow-through skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily purchasing activities with accuracy and ownership.
• Oversees PO lifecycle management including placement, confirmations, changes, and follow-up.
• Monitors supplier on-time delivery and expedites to protect production schedules.
• Coordinates with quality and supplier teams for non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate data in the ERP system and supports continuous improvement.
