Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential homebuilding or estimating experience.
• Degree in Business, Construction Management or related field and 1–2 years experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review new home sales contracts and construction estimates.
• Review blueprints and determine material and labor needs.
• Maintain construction budgets and ensure compliance.
• Negotiate rates with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Produce estimates and pricing of homes in subdivisions.
