• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Knowledge of the residential new home construction process.
• Analytical and organized, with initiative to take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and construction estimates.
• Review blueprints to determine material and labor needs.
• Maintain budgets and ensure compliance.
• Incorporate change orders into budgets.
• Review and approve home construction invoices as needed.
• Lead budget reviews with Production Team and report results.
• Manage contractors, vendors and suppliers; negotiate rates.
• Determine pricing for non standard options.
• Monitor material returns and profitability reports.
• Produce estimates and pricing for new subdivisions.
