Job summary

The role partners with Commodity Management and reports to the VP/GM with matrix support to the Global Sourcing leader.

The ideal candidate will own supplier performance, mentor buyers, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools while aligning with corporate objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance and savings.
• Experience with cost modeling and blanket orders.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms skills.
• Lead change and stabilize process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own total supplier performance and drive cost reductions.
• Set goals for buyers and provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead procurement in SIOP processes with 12+ month visibility.
• Negotiate contracts delivering supply security and value.
• Promote Lean/Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement.
