Qualifications

• Knowledge of freight coordination, logistics and inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase building materials, construction products, tools, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Manage special orders from quote through delivery.
• Coordinate freight, including LTL, flatbed, and specialty transportation.
• Collaborate with inventory and operations to maintain stock levels.
• Research new products, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities.
• Create and manage purchase orders within an ERP system.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Work with Sales, Showroom, Inventory, and Accounting to support customer needs.
• Identify cost savings and procurement process improvements.
