The role oversees a team of 3 and owns supplier performance, budgeting, negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, managing annual plans and forecasts, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Materials Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's purchasing function and provide strategic direction for purchasing and procurement activities.
• Coach and develop a team of 3 with clear priorities, expectations, and performance objectives.
• Develop purchasing strategies supporting short- and long-term operational goals.
• Prepare and manage annual purchasing plans, budgets, forecasts, and related financial objectives.
• Develop and continuously improve a high-performing supplier base focused on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Lead supplier selection, sourcing, negotiations, and contract discussions.
