Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum five years in purchasing/procurement/supply chain within manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective supplier relationships and improve performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Manage supplier performance through metrics and corrective actions to improve on-time delivery and cost.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to ensure material availability and mitigate supply risks.
• Lead negotiations for supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities to balance customer requirements and working capital.
• Support new product introductions and dual-source initiatives to strengthen resilience.
• Develop and mentor the purchasing team to foster accountability and collaboration.
