Job summary

FINITETEK INC is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead cross-functional supply chain projects, optimize processes, and drive cost savings. You will manage procurement, supplier performance, and production plans to meet schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with strong ERP and warehousing knowledge, plus the ability to collaborate across departments and handle physical requirements. This onsite role offers opportunities for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year experience required.
• 5+ years in supply chain operations focusing on purchasing, planning, inventory and warehousing.
• Experience with lighting or electrical components is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists, part numbers, and basic product drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies to meet production schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet schedules efficiently.
• Adjust production plans due to demand, supply, or capacity changes.
• Monitor and control inventory levels for availability and cost.
• Maintain stock records via cycle counts and audits.
• Assist warehouse operations with storage, handling, and distribution.
• Track warehouse KPIs like order accuracy, on-time shipments, and space utilization.
