Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory management and purchasing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship abilities.
• Proficiency with business systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to meet inventory needs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy for purchased, consigned, and used stock.
• Track procurement costs, delivery schedules, and forecast needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, dispatch, and installation teams.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
• Resolve supplier performance, delivery, and procurement issues.
• Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead purchasing projects, timelines, and risk management.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory, delivery, freight, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate purchasing and supply chain issues to leadership.
