Job summary

PB Leiner USA is seeking a purchasing professional to maintain an efficient parts inventory system and manage ERP-based stock, orders, and vendor data. You will lead sourcing for maintenance parts and contribute to cost optimization across the unit.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, organizational abilities, and ERP experience; 8-hour shifts 7:00am–4:00pm; benefits from day one and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Analytical with problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
• Open to change and eager to learn.
• Experience with SAP or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policies, procedures, and reports to ensure an efficient purchasing flow.
• Ensure ERP reflects actual inventory levels, orders, and work order detail.
• Lead sourcing and contracting to optimize maintenance costs and inventory performance.
• Develop equipment Bill of Materials lists to optimize performance.
• Track plant assets, additions, deletions, and capital projects in ERP.
• Maintain stock levels and manage stockroom movements in ERP.
• Create and maintain Vendors within ERP; support special projects.
