Life’s Abundance is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain operations across the organization. You will work with vendors, logistics partners, warehouse teams, accounting, technology, and leadership to manage the full PO lifecycle and help maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels across multiple locations and warehouses.
• Process and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion; track supplier fulfillment.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries; provide ETA and order tracking.
• Partner with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues; support daily purchasing operations.
