Job summary

Brio Water Technology, Inc. seeks a Director of Purchasing to lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and end-to-end purchasing. You will drive cost savings, source new suppliers, ensure supply continuity, and align activities with organizational goals.

A leadership role overseeing a team of procurement professionals and cross-functional collaboration awaits. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in strategic purchasing, negotiation, and analytics, with a focus on ethical sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; MBA preferred.
• CPSM/CPM/CSCP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with financial targets.
• Lead supplier relations and contract negotiations with key vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing, budgeting, and spend analysis.
• Drive cost savings and supplier diversification to mitigate risk.
• Coach and manage a procurement team and collaborate cross-functionally.
