Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Purchasing Coordinator in Cincinnati to support estimating, design, construction, and as-built stages. You will collaborate with operations and service teams to provide purchasing assistance and drive value across projects while upholding a strong, colleague-first culture.

You will manage requisitions, quotes, and supplier relations, ensuring accurate data, timely orders, and delivery.

• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement by supporting strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Verify requisitions against BOMs and stock availability; negotiate as needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; manage databases of materials ordered/received.
• Obtain quotes from vendors; track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
