Responsibilities

• Verify purchase requisitions and clarify unclear items.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders with teams.
• Manage online databases of materials ordered and received.
• Obtain quotes and negotiate costs to meet margins.
• Track shipments, resolve shipping issues, and handle ROA for repairs or credits.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients via phone and email.
• Provide purchasing planning information by analyzing data and trends.
• Contribute to process improvements and other duties as needed.
