Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Experience with structural steel materials and construction procurement is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end purchasing from requisition to PO issuance to support project schedules.
• Source materials, equipment, and services while ensuring vendor compliance.
• Obtain competitive pricing via bids; negotiate terms for best value.
• Collaborate with project teams to align purchases with budgets and specs.
• Coordinate deliveries to sites and fabrication shops; track back orders.
• Optimize inventory using yard stock and supplier returns.
• Analyze pricing and trends to support cost controls.
• Maintain accurate PO, vendor, and item data; adjust as needed.
• Review BOMs and drawings to procure structural steel materials and related services.
• Support Accounts Payable with PO‑to‑invoice validation and issue resolution.
• Proactively communicate supply chain risks and delivery issues.
