Job summary

You will own requisitions through delivery, coordinate with engineering, PMs and suppliers, and ensure long-lead items are identified early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned project and operational purchasing requirements from requisition through receipt, reconciliation, and closeout.
• Review BOMs, specifications, part numbers, quantities, dates, and supporting documents before purchase; clarify issues.
• Obtain competitive quotations and evaluate total value (price, lead time, freight, terms, quality, schedule).
• Create accurate POs in the ERP/procurement system with correct details.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management on decisions and deadlines.
