Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Purchasing Agent to ensure timely procurement of materials and services for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing to maintain cost-effective supply chain performance and manage purchasing records in SAP.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in purchasing/procurement, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and procurement records in SAP.
• Procure goods and services to meet internal and external customer orders.
• Follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries.
• Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues with internal teams.
• Approve invoice pricing and quantities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and stocking levels.
