Job summary

Maryland Clean Energy Center is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of procurements, ensuring compliance and transparent processes. You will lead solicitations, vendor evaluations, and contract administration to support clean energy programs.

The role requires strategic procurement planning, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms while managing risk and performance across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible procurement or contract administration experience.
• Experience preparing procurement documents, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and administering vendor agreements.
• Experience interpreting procurement policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
