Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health informatics, information systems, data management, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating projects across multiple teams, with dependency management and deliverable ownership.
• Deep understanding of public health programs and the role of data.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, risks/issues, decisions, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions and actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required federal background/public trust.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting the 1CDP Foundational Data portfolio, including plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Track foundational datasets and data bundles through development, review, approval, and publication activities.
• Coordinate activities across ADB leadership, Data Management, Engineering, Communications, 1CDP, data owners, and other CDC partners.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and working sessions; prepare agendas and materials, document decisions and action items, and drive follow-up through completion.
• Identify potential schedule, dependency, resource, or coordination issues and proactively work with leadership to resolve them.
• Develop concise project status updates, dashboards, metrics, and briefing materials for leadership.
