Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating projects across multiple teams.
• Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions and actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting the 1CDP Foundational Data portfolio, including plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Track datasets and data bundles through development, review, and publication activities.
• Coordinate activities across leadership, Data Management, Engineering, Communications, 1CDP, data owners, and CDC partners.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-up.
• Develop concise project status updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Support governance processes, documentation, and publication readiness for foundational data assets.
• Establish repeatable processes and workflows to support scalable delivery.
