Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates and administers all activities of the City’s Finance department in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Supervises Finance Department activities including accounting, reporting, payroll, licenses, cash/debt management and pensions.
• Reviews and approves requisitions for City purchases and analyzes fiscal policies for leadership.
• Coordinates with other departments and external agencies on financial matters.
• Prepares reports and statements on the City’s financial affairs and forecasts cash flow.
