Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant industry experience with management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work with multiple teams
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
• Active participant in employee-owned culture
• Comfortable working with senior leaders on cross-functional efforts
• Experience leading social media campaigns
• Knowledge of local, state and federal requirements for public involvement
• Experience in NEPA, CEQA and infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Interface with client-facing teams to coordinate delivery.
• Lead communications strategy development for planning, design and construction.
• Lead campaigns including audience analysis, branding, messaging, and market research.
• Direct customer-facing communication across social, print, video, and web.
• Lead development and editing of collateral materials (surveys, newsletters, websites, videos, ads, press releases).
• Coordinate with graphic design, web development, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.
