Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 2 years budgeting/analysis experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of public administration and fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and maintain county-wide budgets.
• Prepare work papers for audits and budget amendments.
• Prepare interdepartmental charges and year-end estimates; reconcile budgeted transactions.
• Coordinate annual budget process for a $430 million budget.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned departments on budget analysis matters.
• Analyze submitted data for year-end estimates and next year budget requests.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Public Administration, Accounting or other closely related field
