Job summary

Mission Quality Partners seeks a Public Relations Manager II to support CISA Sector Risk Management Engagement. You will translate complex infrastructure and cyber risk information into clear communications for government leaders and cross-sector stakeholders.

The role involves developing outreach plans, executive messaging, and engagement materials, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring accuracy per DHS standards. Telework may be permitted with government approval.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of experience in public relations, strategic communications or related fields.
• Ability to obtain DHS suitability/fitness determination.
• Experience developing executive communications for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sector communications and stakeholder-engagement plans.
• Create executive-level messaging: talking points, decks, memos, summaries.
• Coordinate messaging with Sector Management leadership and stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of councils and sector engagements.
• Prepare engagement packages with agendas, pre-reads, and materials.
• Draft post-engagement summaries and follow-up communications.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with DHS/CISA standards.
