Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Psychological Operations Planner to lead PSYOP planning, messaging development, and coordination across interagency partners. The role emphasizes executive-level briefings, threat analysis, and cross-domain integration to support national security objectives.

The position requires a TS/SCI with 10+ years in PSYOP planning, plus advanced military planning experience and a BA/BS in a relevant field. Local travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• 10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 7 years demonstrated experience with JPP, MDMP, joint targeting, or campaign planning.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• BA/BS in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, IR, Political Science, Behavioral Science, or Military Science.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities aligned with campaign goals.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates planning with interagency partners, allies, host-nation stakeholders and vendors.
• Integrates PSYOP with OIE, cyber, information, and other effects for synchronized outcomes.
• Supports media campaign planning and alignment with strategic comms efforts.
• Uses Maven Smart System and C2IE for PSYOP planning and assessment.
• Defines influence indicators and informs plan refinement.
• Advises planners and leaders on risks, opportunities and effects.
• Delivers executive briefings to GO/FO/SES on concepts, plans and policies.
• Leverages doctrinal planning for Target A and related tasks.
