Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Psychological Operations Planner to join a team delivering mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support for national security objectives.

You will plan PSYOP activities, coordinate with interagency partners, and support campaigns that align with commander intent and campaign goals. Ideal candidates bring extensive PSYOP experience within military planning processes, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• 10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and executing PSYOP.
• 7 years in military planning processes (JPP, JMDP, targeting, campaigns).
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
• BA/BS in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science or related field.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to GO/FO/SES decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities with operational objectives.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates planning with interagency partners, allies, and stakeholders.
• Integrates PSYOP with other domains to ensure synchronized outcomes.
• Supports media campaign planning and targeting aligned with approved efforts.
• Uses analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment.
• Advises leaders on risks, opportunities, and effects, ensuring compliance.
• Conducts executive briefings to senior decision makers.
• Leverages doctrinal planning to ensure target alignment.
