Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group in Eureka, CA seeks a Provider Relations Representative to serve as a liaison among contracted physician offices and St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare.

You will handle ongoing communication, orientation, and direction to provider offices to ensure coordinated care. The role requires 1 year experience with physicians in a managed care environment and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with physicians in a managed care/IPA, Medical group, health plan or MSO environment with Provider Relations or Customer Service experience.
• Driving may be necessary; provide valid driver's license and auto insurance upon request.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among contracted physician offices and Providence facilities.
• Provide ongoing communication, in-service, orientation, and direction to provider offices.
