Providence Health & Services is seeking a Provider Relations Representative in Eureka, California. This role serves as a liaison between contracted physician offices and St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. Responsibilities include proactive communication with providers to ensure policy alignment and coordinating orientation sessions for new personnel.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with physicians in a managed care/IPA, medical group, health plan or MSO.
• Must comply with all state laws for driving and provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with contracted provider offices to align with St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare policies.
• Coordinate in-service sessions and orientation for provider personnel.
