• Willingness to travel within assigned areas, including overnight stays.
• Knowledge of contracts, applications, and products.
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methods.
• Familiarity with claims processing systems.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Analytical and proactive with deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaboration for business/process improvements.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the provider recruitment and contracting process to ensure strategic coverage for assigned providers.
• Establish and maintain good relations with physicians, hospitals and physician groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
• Provide support for complex hospital and physician provider activities.
• Minimal travel involved.
