Qualifications
- Bachelors or advanced degree required
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years experience
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic liaison for high-value provider organizations and support multi-year strategic plans.
- Represent BCNC in stakeholder meetings and ensure contractual compliance.
- Support negotiations for statewide and high-impact providers.
- Direct complex issue resolution and drive operational cost reductions.
- Provide data-driven performance analytics for provider agreements and expenses.
- Support enterprise provider education and innovation initiatives.
