Blue Cross NC is seeking a Sr. Strategic Provider Relationship Analyst who will lead complex provider engagements and oversee strategic initiatives across regions.

You will ensure contractual compliance and support cross-functional enterprise strategies in a dynamic health care environment. The role emphasizes high-impact relationship management, advanced contracting support, and data-driven optimization to reduce costs and improve provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree required where applicable.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary strategic liaison for high-value provider organizations.
• Support design and execution of a multi-year network management plan.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist negotiations for statewide and high-impact providers.
• Direct complex, high-dollar issue resolution with hospitals and providers.
• Oversee analytics on provider agreements and performance.
