Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or other relevant field.
• Minimum seven years in health care with three years in a provider relations/administrative role.
• Experience in a management position with planning and development of a key company function.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to develop and evaluate contracting strategies.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership abilities.
• Willing to travel across eastern and central Wisconsin, with occasional trips to Bloomington, MN.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions relating to Wisconsin contracted providers and network strategy.
• Oversee the implementation of provider contracts with internal departments.
• Maintain credentialing information and contract filings.
• Monitor contract compliance and payment terms; take corrective actions when needed.
• Develop reimbursement methodologies such as capitation, case rates, and fee schedules.
• Analyze provider financial/ utilization patterns and implement actions.
• Support Medical Director and department heads in communications and operations.
• Lead project management for strategic development initiatives.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
