ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead provider recruitment across New England, focusing on physicians, NPs, and PAs. You will build pipelines, partner with Medical Leadership, and drive sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs.

This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership, enabling you to mentor recruiters and elevate provider recruiting practices company-wide. Strong market knowledge and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Healthcare and Urgent Care recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing, engagement, and closing skills.
• Ability to translate workforce needs into practical recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive provider recruiting strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for vacancies and growth.
• Manage relationships with high-priority candidates and hiring leaders.
• Lead offer development, negotiation, and closing with providers.
• Mentor other recruiters and improve recruiting processes.
