Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to lead urgent care provider recruitment across New England. You will own complex physician, NP, and PA searches, build pipelines, and partner with Medical Leadership and Operations to meet staffing needs.

You’ll mentor recruiters, drive sourcing innovations, and influence interview strategies while ensuring a responsive candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. Collaborative culture and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with success recruiting physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Deep understanding of provider recruitment and market dynamics.
• Strategic partner capable of translating needs into recruiting plans.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and leading complex searches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive provider recruiting strategies in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain robust provider pipelines for vacancies and growth.
• Manage relationships with high-priority candidates and hiring leaders.
• Lead offer development, negotiation, and closing with top talent.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Mentor recruiters and lead projects to improve processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Leadership on employer branding and JD updates.
