Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to own and elevate provider recruiting across the New England footprint. You will lead strategy for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, building strong pipelines and partnering with Medical Leadership to meet staffing needs.

You will mentor recruiters, develop innovative sourcing channels, and improve recruiting processes, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with physician, NP, or PA hiring preferred.
• Deep knowledge of provider recruitment and the New England market.
• Able to translate workforce needs into practical recruiting strategies.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, MS Office, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive providers.
• Build robust pipelines for current vacancies and anticipated growth.
• Lead interviews, assessments, and provide clear candidate recommendations.
• Own offers, negotiation, and closing discussions with providers.
• Mentor other recruiters and improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Maintain timely candidate activity in the ATS and report on pipeline health.
