Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to enroll practitioners in health plans, monitor progress, and support enrollment goals across divisions. Proficiency with IntelliCred and CAQH is expected, along with strong organizational skills and collaboration with internal teams.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, provider profile maintenance, and timely communication with health plans to ensure compliant enrollments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Three (3) or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledgeable with Group Entity health plan enrollments and related policies.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret medical and regulatory documents.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and healthcare credentialing tools.

Responsibilities

• Validates enrollment forms, submits to plans, and tracks completion.
• Maintains provider profiles in PE Tracking system and CAQH.
• Coordinates enrollment requirements and documents for new provider groups.
• Communicates with plans and internal teams to meet enrollment targets.
• Monitors enrollment status and escalates to management when needed.
