Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to enroll practitioners in health plans, monitor progress, and keep systems updated. The role supports timely enrollment completion and collaborates with the RCM office to hit enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of health plan enrollment processes and CAQH is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll providers in health plans and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain provider profiles in PE Tracking and CAQH systems.
• Monitor enrollment status and escalate when needed to meet Target Start Dates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary documents and signatures.
