Job summary

MDVIP, a national leader in personalized healthcare, is seeking a Provider Enrollment Manager. You will lead the enrollment and credentialing team, guide physicians and practice staff through complex requirements, and partner with leadership to shape national enrollment strategy and reporting.

The role focuses on end-to-end enrollment management, data integrity, and collaboration with payers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely provider enrollment and contracting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least four years of related business experience.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with EMR and credentialing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Provider Enrollment team performance and accountability.
• Ensure enrollment, credentialing, and contracting requirements are met on time.
• Coordinate with leadership, payers, and regulators to resolve complex issues.
• Manage complex enrollment cases and payer-specific expectations.
• Provide training and guidance to affiliates and staff.
