Responsibilities

• Lead proposal teams and coordinate cross-functional activities to submit proposals.
• Develop budgets and support pricing aligned with guidelines.
• Interpret customer specs and draft exceptions while preserving competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain and other units on technical and commercial positions.
• Prepare the Project Execution Plan and Price Approvals.
• Obtain pricing and contract risk approvals from Business Units.
• Support post-bid activities including negotiations and turnover meetings.
• Ensure smooth transfer of information to the project team after award.
• Maintain proposal data in Salesforce.com.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
