Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• 5–7 years leading the proposal process in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Proficiency in marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal strategy and development for CRM clients across Americas.
• Drive proposal team performance (technical lead, graphics, coordination).
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and timely delivery of final proposals.
• Oversee interview preparation and client collaboration to align themes.
