Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple departments or executives is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of RFP/RFQ submissions and presentations for public/private sector opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and executives to gather project details.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, on-brand, and delivered by deadline.
• Develop clear internal and external communications aligned with company values.
• Manage updates to company collateral and project narratives.

Skills

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)

Ability to collaborate across teams

Understanding of construction terminology

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
