Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a professional Proposal Writer to prepare Proposals, Executive Summaries, and related materials for clients and stakeholders. You will respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITNs with up-to-date information and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling submissions.

In this role, you will support the sales and retention process, develop knowledge of Corebridge systems, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
• 1+ years’ experience in project management in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and business English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Support sales and retention by preparing proposals and executive summaries.
• Complete RFIs, RFQs, and ITNs as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Corebridge systems and mutual fund/annuity products.
• Review work for accuracy before submission.
• Lead RFP strategy calls and ensure timely responses.
• Produce databases and submittals of RFPs, electronic and hard copy.
• Attend debriefs to capture improvements and prevent delays.
• Maintain files of completed proposals for follow-up.
