Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Operations – Proposal Development and Reviews, based in Denver or Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support the end-to-end creation and review of client proposals and contracts, aligning pricing, scope, and delivery plans across departments.

The role requires 3+ years in contracting or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree is required and travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting experience in business operations, sales support, or related roles.
• CRM experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Pricing and deal configuration familiarity relevant to contracts and approvals.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Customer service focus with professional demeanor and strong communication.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development, editing, formatting, and quality review of client-facing proposals, SOWs, contracts, and related sales materials.
• Draft, edit, and review contracts supporting Consulting project sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal contract review team to mitigate risk.
• Ensure alignment between proposal documents and CRM opportunity details, including pricing and scope.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve questions related to pricing, scope, terms, and approvals.
• Assist in continuous process improvement and standardization of proposal workflows.
