Job summary

Hendricks Commercial Properties seeks a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support reporting for the portfolio. You will perform month-end close, bank reconciliations, and assist with year-end audits, ensuring policies are followed and processes improved.

You will review lease-related accounting, manage property budgets, and guide variance analyses and financial statement prep while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex property accounting with independence and good judgment.
• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations and research variances.
• Review lease documents for accurate accounting treatment and recoveries.
• Prepare property budgets and review financial statements for accuracy.
• Support year-end audit activities and internal controls improvements.
