You will manage projects from charter to close, build partnerships with businesses and schools, monitor outcomes, report to funders, and mentor staff to maximize community impact.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, workforce development, or community engagement.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships and grant writing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of projects across domains.
• Develop charters, schedules, budgets, and risk plans to guide implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and produce reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Design workforce programs addressing skills gaps and employability.
• Partner with businesses, educational institutions, and workforce agencies to align initiatives with labor market trends.
• Engage community leaders to identify needs and resources for development.
• Identify funding opportunities, assist in grant writing, and ensure reporting standards.
