AMP, a leader in AI-powered sortation, seeks a Project Manager, Strategic Planning & Execution, to lead complex multi-year initiatives across mechanical engineering, facility operations, installation, supply chain, and cross-functional teams. You will apply standardized PMO methodologies to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Strong governance and compliance understanding.
• Construction, Installation, and Legal team collaboration experience.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day outcomes of a complex project through all lifecycle phases.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance throughout project execution by proactively identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating contract-related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, while maintaining compliance oversight.
• Effectively manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and workstreams to achieve project commitments and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance measures.
• Monitor and report project health, including progress, KPIs, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Ensure project change control is applied, assessing impact and ensuring approved changes are documented, communicated, and incorporated into project plans.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Apply PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance requirements, including stage gates and documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, tools, processes, and stakeholder adoption.
