Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business intelligence, data analytics, operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background in business analytics, reporting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs from initiation through deployment and sustainment.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into recommendations.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics to automate reporting and improve data quality.
